The plans compare the developments that have occurred at Beechwood Farm since 1950.
Overall, the farm has experienced considerable transformation, changing from a fully agricultural area into a multifunctional site that now includes tourism facilities and renewable energy infrastructure. The most significant alteration is the removal of the former sheep field, which has been replaced by new amenities.
In 1950, a large sheep field occupied the eastern part of the farm. In the present layout, this area has been converted into a camping site and a section allocated for solar panels. In order to accommodate visitors and support these additions, two car parks have been introduced. One is located beside the main road at the northern end of the farm, while the other is positioned opposite the solar panel area.
On the western side, the former dirt track has been upgraded to a paved road. Although the fruit trees have been retained, a farm shop has been constructed nearby. By contrast, the area designated for soft fruits and vegetables has remained unchanged.
With regard to the buildings, both the farmhouse and the chicken coop have been preserved. However, the barn that was originally situated in the south-east corner has been converted into holiday cottages. Consequently, a new barn has been built close to the central road junction to replace its original function.

In addition, road whic located east to the nourth and river that flow the nourth-east to south-west side never been changed eather. On the other hand, the barn relocated the corner of the road and holiday cottages were added. Framhouse and chickens areas remained the same over the years. Morever, there are some new areas built such as two parking spaces for cars and camping field for campers and solar panels. Finally ther is one facilities added which is a farm shop for people can buy some fresh and newly harvested furits and vegetables.

In 1950, the Beechwood Farm had a big road connecting a river and a track. On the left side of track, we had fruit trees, soft trees, vegetables, chickens, farmhouse and a barn and, on the right side, only a big sheep yard. After that, we can look into the present day Beechwood Farm where we can see some changes. First, the track got changed into smaller road connecting the main road. Now, on the left side of the new road, we can see a farm shop beside fruit tress and, then, the barn location has been changed from before to a new location connecting the triangular section of the road. After that, in place of the barn, we have holiday cottages now. Lastly, on the right side of that road, we cannot find the sheep yard any longer. Instead, we got a parking connecting both the new and the main road. Also, there's a two separate section now. One part includes parking and camping field and another with solar panels and 2nd parking area connecting the new road. In conclusion, there's been some massive changes in the newer plans of Beechwood Farm. It's been added with many new sections along with, older sections which existed in both the plans.

The main changes that we can see is that the farm now uses and produce renewable energy that is solar panels, not only that, the farm also expanded into an entertaining place with camping sites, holiday cottages, parking lot and also re-built the roads for easier transportation. They stop breeding sheep at this point but built a barn for the chickens. It is amazing to see that places are changing significantly through out the years.

In 1950s, the total area mainly surrounded by greenery like several types of fruit trees, soft fruits, vegetables farmhouse and a storehouse like barn and the opposites side was the pasture of sheep. In between these a track was there to separate the areas. In farmhouse there was a chicken farm too which is just below the farmhouse. According to the current layout there is a significant change has been made. There is a road instead of track and whole sheep pasture area has been updated and parking, camping area and solar panels is introduced on that place. Fruit trees area also modified, and a new farm shop is in place. Barn is relocated and a holiday cottage is developed on the place of Barn. Barn has been placed the corner side of the road bank. The main chances are the area which sheeps used to eat grass underwent some changes, firs the paking zones are built and for the campers camping zone added finally, four solar panels are built in the same zone. Secondly, the track undergo some redevelopment and become modern road. The place which used to barn is turned into holiday cottages and burn is relocated just under the roads curve and become smaller which is half of the size. Farmhouse and chickens places remain same. Finally, river also remain the same.

In addition the second picture show us how the Beechwood Farm has been developed. A significant change have been done to the sheep field, matter of fact there is no more sheep area, it has switched completely and now host solar panels, parking areas and a camping field with trees. Across the road there is a place where has been built a holiday area with apartments for people to spend their holidays. This could not have been achieved if the road wasn't been fixed from the track road. A modernized road plays a key role for an easy access to those areas.

The sheep area in the 1950s was converted into a camping field and a solar panel area today. In addition to that, the barn, which is located on the South East of the farm was converted into holiday corttages. On the other hand, the track which connect all the facilities in the 1950s was transform into a moredern road today. However, the soft fruits, vegetable, chicken and farm house are remained the same after the upgrade. In conclusion, there were significant changes after the period of time with the appear of mordern facilities.
