Some people argue that water supply is a human right and it should be free, while some believe the opposite. However, I firmly believe that water should be free for all people, as it is one of the necessities of life.
To begin with, every house should have a free water source, and this is an essential step that cannot be overlooked. In other words, people with a low budget may not be able to pay the water bill due to the high cost of living in modern societies. In addition, governments should provide a plan containing free water supplies for each individual because this practise leads to positive outcomes and long-term benefits. For example, in my country, all houses do not pay a penny for water, as they consider it one of their rights.
Another significant point to consider is that water must not be bought in any form. This is mainly because many companies exploit people and make a large amount of profits by selling fresh water, as they pretend to, as these negative acts harm the overall well-being. For instance, many factories sell spring water at high prices, saying that it is unique and healthy.

While some people advocate that all human beings should have free access to a water supply at their houses, I mostly disagree with this statement, as a free supply could contribute to consumerism and financial burden for governments and individuals. On the one hand, it is understandable that clean water as a human right should be provided to all regions due to hygiene standards. Having a home water supply can provide adequate amounts of water for households to fulfill effectively all their personal tasks, such as bathing, washing the dishes, and cooking. Such basic living standards reduce diseases among local residents and improve public health as well as the quality of life. Although equitable access to water is essential for each region, a free supply can give rise to substantial disadvantages. A primary disadvantage is that a water supply without any charge may increase financial burden on the government and citizens. Providing, expanding, and maintaining infrastructure for a free supply can bring large amounts of expenses, which should be paid either through national budget or tax payers. Such financial burden might subsequently increase inequalities and the gap between rich and poor people, as some low-income families face monetary constraints to pay more taxes. Another drawback is that a free water supply increases irresponsible consumption. While people allocate money to something, they pay excessive attention to maintain a healthy cost-benefit balance in order to make use of something without spending too much money. In contrast, If people possess a water supply free of charge, they feel more relaxed to use water irresponsibly or to waste it without any consequence. Since preserving water resources is pivotal for future generations, water bills should exist to encourage more sustainability. In conclusion, it is essential that water is equally supplied to all communities due to its crucial role in good quality of life. Yet, I think people should be charged for their water access to mitigate consumerism, water waste, and disparities among societies.

The main reason is,that providing a clean water requires a significant financial resources.Water has to be collected,cleaned and has to through a large network of pipes,all of which requires maintenance and workers.And if households did not pay anything for water,governments would still have to cover these expances through taxes and public budgets.This could put additional pressure on taxpayers and reduce the money available for other important areas such as healthcare and education. Another problem with completely free water is that it could encourage unnecessary consumption.When people do not have to pay for something,they may be less careful about how much they use.For instance,a household might leave a tap running for longer than necessary or use large amounts of water for acrivities that are not essential.A reasonable price can encourage people to avoid waste and use this limited resource more responsibly. Nevertheless,I believe that basic access to clean water should be guaranteed regardless of a person's finincial situation.Governments could provide a certain amount of water free of charge or offre financial assistance to low income families.People would then have enough water for drinking,cooking and basic hygiene,while households using significantly more could pay for the additional consumption. In conclusion,clean water should be treated as basic human right,but this does not mean that unlimited household water must be completely free.A system that guarantees a basic supply while charging for excessive consumption would be a fairer and more sustainable solution.
Band Score 6.5Access to a clean water, either is for consumption or for any other use is a basic human right and I strongly believe, that it should stay with a minimum charge for the expenses and the maintenance, work labor and the hydrate operating system and shouldn't be added additional costs. In my opinion, clean water is one of the basic and most important rights for the humanity and for the whole ecosystem of this world as food and energy, without it neither carry on nor has life. Clean water supply should be owned by the government and public officials and should be operated by skillful professionals in order it's use, no private companies should be allowed to invest or have shares to it, because main goal of private companies is gaining profit and limit the access. There should be no profit by cutting people off of the clean water. In addition, nature itself is so rich that many resources of power can work with the dynamics that water offers from oceans and rivers. Many countries have the privilege to be located in a geographical place that could get advantage of those recourses. With that being said, not only it should not be additional costs but the people should enjoy what nature has to offer to us freely. With the right engineering methods, humanity can extend lifespan of people, create electricity and provide better living. Overall, my opinion is that extra charges should not be added to clean water, and remain as it is, with the bare minimum of the operating costs.

In this esaay I discuss this issue and give my opinion. In one hand, I believe that every human being have right to access to clean water. For achieve this goal ther are several things should be done. For example, even though it is right to have clean water and everyone know that truth, helping organisations are do not be able to reach every country. Africa for instance, even I know big part of the country are supplyied their need in the lakes or rivers which are not clean enough to drink. As a resoult, we don t reach that we want to help. On the other hand, in the Europe or Nourth and South America or Asia at least most part of them have pure and drinkable water. Futhermore, If the government be able to supply their basic needed which is clean water then why to do it free ither. For example, in todays world if we wanted to live a normal life we need to have enough budget for everything which is most of the people can t efford even basic things such as electric bills or foods to be able to live. If at least water can be free it could a lot of help for every day life. As a result, i believe taht clean water is been free for everyone by government help. To sum up, I strongly believe that altough, clean water is the needed for evey human being for being live it couldun t reach by Africanian people and we should help them. In addition, some people can t efford to by clean water in markets because of this every home need a supply for clean water.
