Overall, the harbour has undergone substantial redevelopment over the past two decades, evolving into a more tourism-oriented destination. While a few features, such as the dock and the lifeboat, have remained in the same positions, most areas have been significantly modified.
A closer look reveals that although one set of showers and toilets has been retained, additional facilities have been constructed to the north of the car park, increasing the total number of restrooms. Moreover, the positions of the fishing boats and the marina for private yachts have been exchanged.
Further changes include the construction of cafés and shops near the lifeboat. In contrast, the former castle has been replaced by a hotel. As a result of this development, the adjacent public beach has been converted into a private beach for hotel guests.

Band Score 5.5The map differentiates a Porth Harbourr in 2000 and in present.Overall,Porth Harbour experinced an significant changes after remodelling.In 2000 the harbour was more focused on fishing and on boats.The place was more handle for fishers.However,at the present this place includes more necessary facilities and become more tourist-friendly because of construction of various vital place for travel.In the early 21th century this place contained dustry types of conditions for fishing such as lifeboat ,marinas yachts and fishing boats which is located near the car park.The harbour also contained two public beaches which on of them situateith sinfd on top of the north and bottom of south.Near the dock there scattered ferries of passengers and on the opposite side of the river there was lifeboat which was connected with single road.At the present days this place looks otherwise.Construction of hotel instead of castle and adding cafes and shops changed this place noticeably.Moreover,relocating fishing boats and marina private yachts with each other create more opportunity for tourist

Overall, Porth Harbour has experienced a significant modernization transitioning from a standard harbour to a more tourist-friendly destination with the introduction of various amenities such as cafes, shops, hotel, etc. In 2000, Porth Harbour is observed to be more focused on marine functionalities rather than as a tourists spot. But with the remodelling, there are now two docks instead of one in the northern region, new outlets of cafes and shops in the south near the ocean and a new entrance to access the car park connecting directly from the main road in past was connected from the road in the southern region. Fishing boats and Marina( private yachts) has been swapped and new showers and toilets are introduced in the western region just above the car park. Subsequently, there used to be a castle in the south-eastern part of the harbour which now, has been restructured to a hotel. Moreover the beach which could be used by the general public in the western region is now owned by the hotel and is made private. Apart from this, other facilities such as passenger ferries, a small car park besides fishing boats, life boat and the other public beach at the northern area remained intact.

By observing from the two diagrams of two different times, there are a significant modification has been done over the year. One common thing in between 2000s and current time is main road is in the same area which is going through the west side of the map. Just besides the main road there were one showers & toilets area and two car parking area but nowadays there are two showers & toilets. The location of Marina and fishing boat position has been interchanged, and marina was northside in 2000s and now it south with the position exchange with fishing boat. Cafe and shops are newly introduced, and a hotel is made on the place of castle disused. Castle disused has been removed from the current plan. There is a road constructed to reach the hotel which was not available in 2000s.
Band Score 6These two plans show the harbour and how it is look like between 2000 and now.In the first picture, its show this place in 2000s period, we can see that is too desolated, and a few areas that have not yet been put to use, so that is the reason this harbour has not yet been able to develop its full economic potential.But in the second picture show us the clearly development, areas that were previously left vacant are now being used.The catsle in the side of south-east now become a hotel and the public beach next to the catsle now become a private beach and belongs to the hotel. Now, its also have more dock to ship to park there in the north-east.The Mariana(private yachts) now swap place with fising boats place.Next to the Lifeboat in the south of the harbour now is a coffee and shop, not a empty place anymore.In conclusion,The transformation of Poth Harbour from 2000 to the present day has been immense, resulting in a better experience for both tourists and local residents.

In overall, over the period of time, many things has been replaced by another where some of them are kept in the same way with little renovation. In 2000, to the south-east part of main road, Marina (private yachts) used to operate to the first right side of showers and toilets and car park whereas Fishing boats to the south part of Marina. In contrast, Fishing boats operates to the south-east part of first right of main road and to the second right Marina i.e. private yachts runs nowadays. In addition, Showers and toilets are added with car park. To the third right of main road, going straight up-to lifeboat, and east of that castle was there. But as of now, there is a hotel with private beach whereas it was public beach before in early 2000. In conclusion, In porth Harbour from 2000 and as of now, many positive infrastructure changes are made in order to attract the tourism culture.
